You'd be surprised how hard this year is to get... Unless a new lot gets discovered.
My friend Puneet got a MS 64 RB and the highest grade I had was a MS 63 RB. He told me that we could swap it, just so I could have a better grade on my registry. He didn't expect anything back in return for giving me a higher grade.
A few months later, my friend Jigar said he wouldn't mind taking my 64 and give me a 65 that he had recently graded.
I am grateful to friends like them.
