A FULL HEAD! Nice and original, not dipped, striped, wiped or molested. A very tough coin to get and not, unfortunately, inexpensive. The reverse looks to be in mint state but the obverse shows slight abrasions on Miss. Liberty's knee and breast. A pleasing coin, to me...

This is a rare coin, NGC has graded only 34 1919-D's in Full Head while PCGS has graded 114 in FH. So the total including crackout and resubmissions as of May 2017 is only 148 from a mintage of almost 2 million (1,944,000). That means that only 0.00008% of the total number minted have been certified in Full Head. That is, of course, both those that have survived and have been graded by the big 2 (PCGS and NGC.)
