There are very subtle differences between 1862's from B or C and because of which many coins from M mint were misattributed as B or C. Recently there's been an upsurge of M mint coins. I think price for this coin was high initially because of misattribution and people assumed it was a hard type. I was able to finally get one at a price I would not regret.
