1890-CC Morgan Dollar GSA Soft Pack NGC Fine-15. Medium silver-gray with deeper highlights. Though evenly worn, this example is essentially free of distracting marks. One of 22 examples of the date in GSA soft-pack holders seen by NGC, with the finest of those just EF-45.
