Gorgeous Great Britain silver Edward VII maundy two pence with great original luster, prooflike fields, and strong strike. Entire obverse and most of reverse is bathed in beautiful turquoise, orange, purple, gold, green, and red toning. A few very light contact marks may be present but should probably grade higher. Cost: $34.88 on 4/2/16 on eBay from Centles (centsles).
Composition: 92.5% silver. Weight: 0.9426 grams. Diameter: 13.44 mm. Mintage: 15,000.
Orientation: Medal alignment. Series Identifier: KM#796 (1902 - 1910).
Obverse: Edward VII bust facing right. Reverse: Crowned denomination divides date within oak wreath.
