Several years ago I spotted this coin on eBay. The owner described it as having prooflike qualities although NGC failed to give it the "PL" designation. I was the successful bidder and when the coin arrived I was knocked out! How this coin missed being graded as "PL", I don't know. As is, a very beautiful piece.
