Owner Comments:

Reverse reverse proof from the Coin and Chronicles Set for Dwight Eisenhower. Mintage of 16,744 with 1,532 graded by NGC. 14 (1%) achieved RP 70 status. PCGS graded 5% as 70 (72/1418) indicating a potential easier criteria for TOP POP. I plan to obtain an NGC version of this coin when offered at a price near the current guide value of $675. The Coin and Chronicles set for this coin was subject to a US Mint household limit of 2 and was also sold out quickly upon release. The distribution pattern in the collecting population is apparently very different than the first issue for Truman (limit of 5). (frequencies of of Oct. 2022.)
