Owner Comments:

Frosty, that really is the one word description. Frosty fields, frosty devices, wonderful luster showing with the frost. Slight toning on the fields of the obverse, an almost non-existent sunflower yellow kissing the coin. Additionally there is about a 10 degree counter clockwise rotation of the reverse. A great find at a local show.
