Excellent white Canada small bust (120 beads; KM#81.1) prooflike quarter commemorating the RCMP Centennial with very strong strike and super luster. Elizabeth bust and all mottoes on both sides exhibit strong cameo frost. Mountie on horse has weak frost and is probably reason for not receiving CAMEO designation. Light contact marks and scratches are present commensurate with grade. Cost: $11.46 on 9/29/14 on eBay from E_Coins (e_coins).
