Graded Fine by NGC, this Philadelphia issue shows many qualities of a coin graded at this level. Scattered marks are seen on both sides, which are toned to a darker gray, with dirt on both sides near the devices. Some minor rim bumps are also noted, although none of the wear from circulation is strong enough to warrant a damaged designation.
