A true 69/69, Snow-3, FS-301... Even at this low magnification on the obverse you can see the remnants of the repunched 6 and more clearly the repunched 9. These repunched date numbers (RPD) are evident slightly North of the 69 in the 1869 date. So often the 69/9 is sold as a 69/69. A bit like the poor man's 1955 doubled die obverse which is not close to the true 1955 DDO.
