Owner Comments:

1992-P. *Breen 4502. Fully prooflike reverse, bright obverse. There are a few stray marks in Washington's hair and along the base of the neck which account for the grade. The reverse is nicer. Gem strike and luster. A notoriously scarce date, and on the whole, Philadelphia mint clad quarters are much scarcer in ultra-gem quality than are their Denver mint counterparts.
