Frosty white appearance, full cartwheel luster - this Vereinsthaler of Bernhard of Saxe-Meiningen can compete for the top quality coins! Cameo-like details of the shield and the portrait could deserve PL tier as well. Some excessive contact marks on the fields probably determined the grade - MS 63 by NGC. Great collectible and Investment Union Taler!
