INITIAL ACQUISITION: Bought OBW on EBay in 2011. Slabbed in 2012.

COMMENT: Technically MS66 and red, but on eye appeal, this coin falls short. I slabbed it, because finding a raw coin for this year is REALLY tough, and this was the best I could find. Toning issues, presumably from PVC in the wrapper.

But hey, let's get philosophical. A coin collection is as much about history as it is about perfection and eye appeal. So these 1975-1981 years SHOULD look like SEA SALVAGE!
