Owner Comments:

INITIAL ACQUISITION: Circulated bank roll (not original bank wrap) in 2010. SLABBING: Homemade in 2010. COMMENTS: I've tried original bank wraps from 1982, and the adverse green toning (PVC in the paper?), the mint wash, the carbon spotting ... ugh. I've had better luck from plain ol' bank boxes. This coin is pretty clean, the MS66 grade hangs mainly on scratches.
