Owner's Description

1946 STRIKE: although much scarcer than the other P mint coins of the short set, well-struck is the general rule if patient.
1946 LUSTER: attractive luster with a scarcity of satiny finishes and frosty being the more prevalent find.
SHORT SET RANK OF GRADED MS65+: 7th out of 20 (scarcest Philly coin)
