1943 D STRIKE: this issue's strike quality runs the gamut. Obverse center weakness is typical but fully struck examples are not overly hard to find.
1943-D LUSTER: A highly lustrous date with a few more lightly toned dates than normal for this series.
SHORT SET RANK OF GRADED GEMS MS65+: 10th out of 20 (third least in total MS !!)
