Owner's Description

One more time the U.S. Mint produced over 3 million proof sets for this year. (3,218,019) Quality is at a very high level this year. Acquiring cameo's of this so called common date year should really present no problem but they have become elusive to the Franklin collector. As to the ultra or deep cameo's again, with the level of quality, one would think finding one shouldn't present much of a challenge but that is not the case as collectors are "holding" onto any ultra or deep cameo's they find now. As each year passes the number of available cameo's and ultra/deep cameo's grow shorter.
