A downward sloping date and thick digits with a closed 9 suggests Fortin 120. Further adding to a case for Fortin 120 is the circular ring of die cracks through the entirety of the wreath.
This is probably one of my most attractively toned coins so far. Pink, yellow, blue and green span the obverse, and a yellow rim on the reverse that quickly turns from green to blue to pink as one focuses on the center.
