PCGS definitely felt short for this coin - it deserves proof-like tier for the flawless reflective fields especially on reverse - this is one of the most desirable coins form George V of Hannover (1851-1866) series! Very popular and highly demanded in between collectors for its medallic appearance and graphic design, Commemorative Vereinsthaler 1865 for the taking of the Frisian Oath is considered quite rare in high grade because of its very detailed strike which could be easily damaged in handling. This coin in particular has perfectly preserved reverse with even small detail of the Oak Tree and the figure visible. Obverse has some imperfection such as spotty toning and minor hairlines on the field but it is definitely top quality coin from all perspectives!! Great find for the German Coin collectors!
