NGC VF35, C/S XF Standard
Although there are 4 graded VF in the NGC census, at least one I have seen is a VF30 with a "weak" countermark; 8236705-007 (I wish they wouldn't lump these VF's together like that).

These smaller denominations seem tougher to find than the larger ones.
