Pandas Antique or Matte Finish, 2002-Date

Collection of every Antique/ Matte panda ever minted. These are some my favorite medals to collect, possessing the lowest mintages of the entire panda series. These antique finishes usually have mintages anywhere from 30-99 total and tend to surface in auctions occasionally. There are a few antiques with mintages in the triple digits (none passing 1k), but the bizarre part about higher mintages are that they're the toughest to locate & practically never surface. I tried to include notes with each medal but one thing to take notice with these medals... the mintages in the double digits may average a quarter of the population slabbed with NGC, but the triple digit mintages may have only a handful slabbed & none of them pass the single digits in total graded populations. Any way you look at it, these medals are extremely rare to come by & are a collector's dream. Elusiveness aside, the antique finish really accents the details & are true works of art with an extremely bright future for the long term holders. I predict these coins to be impossible to get your hands on a few years from now (most are impossible to find now) & will surely be the highlights of tomorrow's auctions if they're this difficult to locate today.
