Owner's Description

Pop 8 in STAR UC PR 69,as of 11/28/13. None higher, ULTRA caked on frosting, deep icy mirrors Excellent eye appeal!!! Just doesnt get any nicer than this coin. NGC has never graded a UC 1970s in UC Proof 70 but this coin could easily be one.
