I changed the name of this set because NGC has finally made the wise decision to have equal rules for all. Thank you NGC!
Now the focus can go back to the coin, and not the holder.
Just to be clear, I would have also been satisfied (and actually preferred) if they removed PCGS coins from the NGC registry altogether as they did with world coins. But as long as all the rules apply equally to everyone, there is no reason to complain.
