I have a three-fold goal with this set. 1. All specimens are proof 70 ultra cameo. 2. All specimens are eBay bargains. 3. The average cost is less than $25.00. I have completed my set and met my goals - except the average cost per coin was $27.04. Still patience paid off, as I was able to take advantage of e-bay bargains.
