PNG/ICTA Grading Service Survey Results Are In

PNG, (Professional Numismatists Guild) and ICTA, (Industry Council for Tangible Assets) each sent a survey to its professional members during August 2002

The survey asked respondents to give their opinions, on a scale of 1-10, of each of seven grading services with respect to 11 criteria, from grading accuracy to customer service. The survey was sent to over 300 people, and 151 responses were received prior to the close of the survey (September 16).
