Well struck with excellent luster and proof like surfaces, the eye appeal of this medal is outstanding. It is made of gilt and is a bright gold color. I was unable to capture its full beauty in my photos due to glare. The NGC pop in MS-63 Proof like is 2 with one higher at MS64 PL. The overall rarity is R6 (21-75 known).
