Owner Comments:

Immaculate chocolate brown surfaces and highly reflective fields highlight this example of a Penn’s house & city hall SCD. It is struck in bronze with a high relief bust of William Penn on the obverse and ornately designed reverse featuring a winged woman, Penn’s house on one side and City hall on the other. Overall rarity of R5 (76-200 known). Total NGC pop of 13 with 2 graded MS-66 and only 1 higher at 67.
