This could grade 70 on any given day. As nice as a 69 gets.
The undervalued hidden gem of the 5oz series. For many years I've thought the 1994 5oz planned mintage was 3000. According to the 2016 Panda Coin Buyer's Guide, Peter Anthony has discovered the mintage is actually less than 1300, making the 1994 the lowest mintage of the entire 5oz series.
