Middlesex-Kempson's, D&H-62, MS-65 BN. Edge: plain. Rarity: fairly common. - Oh, all the colors of the rainbow again and this time on prooflike fields. It does have proof-like fields, more so on the reverse but yet there is a little cartwheel luster flying around on its surface. Could have gone another point up just on the eye appeal alone.
