Normally found in Aluminum (HK-321). This piece is brass, and should probably be assigned a new HK designation (HK-321a would be consistent with others in this series.)
Brass, reeded edge, 36mm.
Obv. Edifice; Palace of Agriculture, finely beaded border.
Rev. Edifice; Machinery Building, finely beaded border.
