A total of 92,548,511 pieces were minted in Denver. Do to the lack of demand, the Mint Stop Production of this coin in Sep of 72. None of these coins were placed into the 1972 Mint Set. The Reverse of this coin was made with the Type 1 Low-Relief coin die.
