Owner Comments:

Nice medium red color with great details on devices. A lot of scratches on Lincoln profile. Gray areas in fields below UNUM and above date. Heavy wear on AME in AMERICA, O in ONE, and PLUR in PLURIBUS. Coin probably whizzed - PCGS really missed this one. Rims also have scratches. Should probably grade MS63-64 if even gradable.
