1923 25C MS66 Full Head NGC. Warm golden toning graces the lustrous surfaces of this sharply struck Premium Gem. The date numerals, Liberty's toes, and the leading edge of the eagle's left (facing) wing are boldly defined. Liberty's head is just sharp enough to qualify for the NGC Full Head designation. There are no major abrasions. NGC Census: 18 in 66, 10 finer (5/2021)
