Owner Comments:

1937 5C PR68 NGC. A small proof mintage of 5,769 Buffalo nickels was accomplished in 1937, the second year of modern proof coinage, and the last proof date for this popular design. The accessible 1937 proof Buffalo nickel makes for a perfect high-grade type coin, with examples available through grades as high as PR68. This brilliant Superb Gem is flashy and pristine with eye-catching liquidlike fields. NGC Census: 62 in 68, 7 finer. PCGS Census 10 coins in PR68, with a single example finer.
