JUST 4 GRADED HIGHER!
Even though there were 1,691,602 Proof Sets sold by the U.S. Mint in 1960, only 150 Roosevelt Dimes from that year have been graded Proof 69* by NGC. NGC reserves the 'Star' designation for coins with superior eye appeal for their grade. PCGS doesn't use a * designation in their grading.
