This is a decent looking example of one of my least favorite old commemorative coins. The Arkansas was not very attractive, and those who issued it committed the unforgivable sin of issuing the more coins with different dates for several years from the three mints for not good reason other that greed. The Texas and Oregon Trail coins were issued for too many years and from too many mints also, but at least those coins were attractive.
