Here is the first coin after the 1983 that truly starts the series. There is no proof Onza for 1984 or 1985. I literally submitted more than 100 coins to receive a single PF70 UCAM coin. The mintage for 1986 is very high, but a coin in this grade is exceptionally scarce. Trust the NGC graders to be very strict as compared to other services.
