VAM-9Nice, clean gem prooflike. It has a little contrast and pretty rim toning. The reverse is rotated about 10 degrees clockwise. Population is 13 with one finer (MS66PL).The set also has the VAM-15 Discovery Coin, slabbed as ANACS MS64DMPL.
