True sleeper coin. Very hard to obtain well struck up. May be weak in head, hand, skirt lines and Eagle's breast. It's position in difficulty to obtain in true XF and above puts this coin in the top 16 of "ALL" Walkers IMHO. This particular coin has a touch of rainbow toning at the "T" of Liberty.
