A very nice white frosted deep mirror black and white CC Morgan. The cameo is very striking with awesome deep mirrors. This coin has all it takes to be in Gem state. One of the finest known DPL 1878-CC's graded by NGC with a population of 32/0. From the Askew Collection 4/03
