ST '58 ngc/cac ngc pop stable minimal increase--2 pop incr last 3 yrs.incr last 3 yrs 9, total pop 42, 7 pop incr @ pcgs. 2 star * coins noted for this date/tier, both cac'd @ NGC. + plus 68+ ngc (non-cac'd) just hit pop report.

There are very few STAR* ultras; KEY ULT's/TP '50, ST'58 &'55.-- Top 3 KEY ULT DATES @ STAR * LEVEL (utilize ngc pt valuations for ranking): 7 in total, 3 top: "50 ult 65* (2), '58 ult 68*(2),'55 ult 68*(3).

This coin is at the high-end for an ultra.
