Superb GEM+ MS 68 1937 D FB Winged Liberty Head "Mercury" Dime in an old NGC holder. This coin has Full Split Bands (FB) and a super sharp strike. The Denver mint produced just over 14.1 Million dimes in 1937. This dime has the much desired FB designator and is in about the finest condition possible to obtain. The composition is .900 silver and .100 copper with an overall weight of 2.50 grams. Most of these coins graded to date by NGC are at the MS 66 level or below.
