When it comes to commems that are tougher to find than hound's teeth, I always turn to Dan and Kathleen at Pinnacle and they never fail. Here's their description of this PCGS MS 67 gem with a population of 6: "Elusive in this lofty condition, with only 5 others having been so graded by PCGS, with none receiving a higher grade. Intensely lustrous surfaces are enhanced by peach hues and hints of pale blue along the obverse periphery." This coin at one point was part of the WPE Collection.
