NGC US Coin Census for Eisenhower Dollars (1971-1978)

Owner Comments:

Near PERFECT PF 69 Ultra Cameo 1976 S Type-2 (T-2) Clad Eisenhower (Ike) Bicentennial Dollar in an old NGC holder. This coin is deeply reflective with a nice sharp strike. The San Francisco mint produced just over 4.1 million of these clad proof coins in 1976. Frank Gasparro designed this coin: 38.1 mm diameter; weight 22.68 grams; compoition; outer layers of .750 copper, .250 nickel bonded to an inner core of pure copper. A harder coin to find than one might think in this condition.NGC Total 776 / Same 277 / Better 0
