This coin was graded Fine Details when I purchased it in 2008. When, later, I decided to start a NGC Registry US Type Set, my altruism (and NGC rules) dictated that I have only NGC or PCGS holdered coins. Blissfully ignorant of the possibility, nay, the likelihood, that my ANACS certified coin might not cross-over at the same grade, I sent the coin off for re-holdering. Alas, it came back as a VG-Details and the value of my coin was sliced in half. Hindsight suggests that I might have handled this situation in a better way, perhaps by selling the ANACS coin as a first step.
