Outstanding white business strike FDR dime with strong strike and super luster. Only toning is a small spot of dark gold on Roosevelt's neck. Torch appears to just miss full bands (a little weak on left side of lower band) but PCGS awarded FB designation. A few very light scratches are present commensurate with grade. Cost: $36.80 on 12/7/13 on eBay from Robert Gendreau (bobbyg).
