Owner Comments:

A scratch from MS-65, I am surprised it stayed in the GSA holder and was not broken out early on when so many were. The "Reverse of 1878" is seen as the feathers at the arrow's tail are perpendicular to the shaft of the arrow. In '79 the feathers are broader at the back (tail) of the arrow than at the beginning of the tail feathers.
