Owner Comments:
Transitional type with the portrait of Charles III but the legend of Charles IV. Well struck overall especially on the reverse which shows evidence of a die clash, most prominently in the field below the right pillar and lower right side of the shield.
Raw coin purchased in July of 2010 from an Ebay seller.
