Owner Comments:

Gorgeous white Washington proof silver quarter with very strong strike and super luster. Obverse has super mirrors and very full cameo frost but frost on reverse devices appears to be just short of cameo, hence the STAR designation. A few minute gold toning spots (only visible under magnification) are randomly scattered in the fields on both sides. There appears to be no visible external damage. Cost: $25.78 on 10/6/13 on eBay from David Nettles Jr. (lightningcoins).
